Shipping
Our delivery services transport our super tanning products throughout Canada, America and West Europe, as well as any address within the UK.
Our shipping and delivery dates depend on stock availability as well as your chosen shipping choices when you place your order. You will see your estimated shipping date when you are taken through the shipping quotes page.
UK Customers
We offer a base rate of £4.95 for all orders, unless you spend over £50, in which case it is FREE.
We use Royal Mail or UK Mail for all professional UK orders, which generally deliver items within two to three days. We offer a next day service for retail customers who place their order during the week before 1pm. Any orders after this time on a Friday will not be shipped until Monday and should be delivered on Tuesday.
US and Canada Customers
We offer a base rate of £14.95 for all standard deliveries, unless you spend over £100, in which case it is FREE.
West Europe Customers
We offer a base rate of £9.95 for all standard deliveries, unless you spend over £100, in which case it is FREE.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
